Shipping & Returns


​Our clothing arrives beautifully wrapped in white tissue paper and placed in a INGA Wellbeing-green recyclable postal bag to provide eco-friendly protection against the elements.

​If you would like to ensure your chosen recipient feels even more special and add a touch of luxury, you can select our gift wrap option in the shop and we will place the clothes into an elegant white box, tied with a generous green ribbon bow. Please also let us know if you would like a hand-written note to be included.


INGA Wellbeing offers free worldwide shipping i.e. no matter where you, or your loved one lives, we will pay the cost of postage.

Custom Tariffs 

As of today (November 2017) our parcels to EU countries and the United States have not been subject to customs duties, however some countries may require that the recipient pay an import tariff before the parcel is released. Your national customs authority determines whether charges are due on imported goods and how much is levied.  We can not be held responsible for any additional cost this may cause, nor for any additional delay that the customs process may add to the delivery time of our parcels.

(NOTE: US customs appears to be particularly slow and a few of our parcels have been held up for almost a week. )

Returns policy

We understand that at the time that you need INGA Wellbeing clothing it can be difficult to get to a post office quickly, so we allow 30 calendar days for you to return any unwanted item(s) for a full refund, or send back any item(s) to exchange for a different size.

Clothes must remain unworn (except for trying them on) and still have the original tags in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to the card which was used to purchase the item.

​Like many e-commerce companies, and as a young social enterprise still finding its’ feet, we can not offer pre-paid postage for return or exchange item(s). We hope to be able to do so in the future as yet another way to support our customers during a difficult time in their lives, but this is simply not possible right now.  We’ll be sure to let you know once it is!

​Therefore, to reduce the likelihood of needing to send back items because they are the wrong size, we encourage you to check the sizing guide before making your final selection.
